Posted By: Brandywine Counseling August 1, The RISE Adolescent Program is a multi-intervention program that aims to improve the overall health and well-being of adolescents and their caregivers throughout Delaware.
RISE offers outpatient counseling throughout Delaware. This level of outpatient care is designed for adolescents who will benefit from concentrated therapy, but can still successfully live at home and attend school or work during the day.
RISE also provides support services to the family and caregivers of the adolescents served in our program. Referrals for RISE services may be made through the Department of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services and though other providers, and self-referrals are also welcome based on eligibility.
